Welcome, I’m Frannie Walburn, your new local real estate agent with deep roots in Emporia. Born and raised in this vibrant community, I bring a wealth of local knowledge, long-lasting relationships, and a passion for helping people find their dream homes.
My journey started with a Bachelor of Science degree, with a minor in Health Promotion, setting a strong foundation for my career. As a proud Chi Omega alumni, I value connections and relationships, including the one with my high school sweetheart, Brian Walburn, with whom I’ve built a beautiful family of four children.
While primarily a stay-at-home mom, I’ve also been a driven entrepreneur. For 15 years, our family owned and operated Walburns Fitness & Wellness. Transitioning into the roofing business, we now proudly own Walburn’s Roofing, ensuring quality craftsmanship for our community’s homes. Recently, we expanded our ventures with the ownership of Ramirez Liquor store.
Beyond business, I cherish my hobbies, from nurturing my faith to spending time with family and friends. I find joy in nature, chasing sunsets, traveling, cooking, lake life, cheering on ESU & interior design/decorating!!
Emporia holds a special place in my heart & I’m dedicated to serving its residents. My innate desire to help others, coupled with my eye for interior design, makes real estate a natural fit.
